What is going on in Midtown

If you frequent the city East of 72nd St you might be aware of gentrification going on between Downtown and 72nd St both North and South of Dodge St. Some of this can be contributed to large development projects like Midtown Crossing and Aksarben Village. Other contributing factors might be the expansion of UNMC. However, there is also a macro trend nationwide for people to move from the Suburbs back to the Urban Areas. Come down to Midtown and see what is happening!!!!!!!!!
