Apartment Prices on the rise

One and two Bedroom apartments have increased over 10% in the past 12 months in the Omaha Area as of May 2015. Homeownership is at its lowest level since the 1960’s which was in a period of extreme growth of apartment building in the Omaha Area. It is no wonder that new apartments are currently under construction in Omaha at a fevered pace in 2015.
